- Step 1. Create your own HelloSign account. You can use the Google authenticator or enter a unique email address and password.
- Step 2. Upload the PDF from your desktop. Alternatively, you can upload the document from one of the many apps we integrate with, such as Box, Evernote, Google Docs, and more.
- Step 3. Format your PDF for signature. Select from a variety of formatting fields, then drag and drop the field to the correct location on the PDF document. For example, drag a "date" field to any line on the PDF requiring you to fill in a date. And drag the "signature" field to the line on the document that requires your signature.
